Greatest salesman and selection of cars! David Miller was my salesman and he couldn’t have been more amazing! I had looked at a few other dealerships but I didn’t like the selection they had David Miller was my salesman and he couldn’t have been more amazing! I had looked at a few other dealerships but I didn’t like the selection they had or the cars just weren’t in my price range. I met David briefly when I went to the dealership and told him what I was looking for. I made an appointment with him and when I got there he already had a few cars he wanted to show me that were exactly what I was looking for. I test drove a couple of them and as I was driving he was explaining all the features of the car (I had never driven these cars before) and he left out no detail. I felt very well informed and comfortable with my knowledge about the different cars to make my decision. He’s a very honest, friendly, and professional salesman! He wasn’t pushy or too aggressive, he listened to what I wanted and used his own knowledge and skills about his profession to help me find my car. There should be much more David Millers at car dealerships!! More

Don't buy from here Please read: I recently purchased a vehicle from Crown Honda and thought I was getting a fair deal, I paid asking price knowing that dealers need to m Please read: I recently purchased a vehicle from Crown Honda and thought I was getting a fair deal, I paid asking price knowing that dealers need to make their cut as well but after a car wash a few weeks later I am starting to see the blemishes they covered up. It seems to be a classic “bait and switch”. I will now have to pay roughly $1200 to have these blemishes taken care of. They are quick to ask you to write good reviews and send them referrals but when you come to them with an issue they state they know nothing about what the detail shop does. I find this hard to believe. They did respond to my review on Google by saying it was on the car wash company and that I said I would reach out to the car wash company about the paint issue.cI did speak with the car company and they stated the blemishes seen on the paint were from insect acid that had been there for years and the car dealer put a wax concealer to hide these issues. I then went to a body shop to get a quote for the paint job and they agreed with the car wash company's opinion. It is unbelievable a company would deny this and not just try to remedy the situation instead of making an excuse. More

H When all goes well, being a good service rep is relatively easy. But, when James inherited me as a customer, customer relations were going poorly. Having purchased a low mileage CR-V from Crown Honda six months ago, I took it in for routine service and requested a tire rotation and a check of the horrible noise the low mileage tires had begun making. The service writer told me the tires couldn’t be rotated because the rear tires were badly worn and needed replacement. I asked wouldn’t the tire insurance I purchased cover the cost since I had only driven the vehicle 4000 miles. The service writer checked with the general manager and called back to report the tires weren’t covered because they were in such good shape, so the problem was fixed by rotating the tires. I found this confusing, and when I drove the vehicle the noise had transferred to the front and made driving most unpleasant, especially when a rear tire blew on the hump of the Howard Frankland Bridge, leaving me stranded for five hours because four service crews could not get the blown tire removed because its unique key was sitting in the tool box of the Crown Honda technician who had rotated my tires. James inherited me as a customer at this point when my affinity for Crown Honda was at its weakest. His expert handling of the delicate situation has kept me as a customer, though I do feel the tire situation should yet be remedied. More
Happy with my purchase! I was very happy with my experience at Crown Honda and Sejad did a great job at accommodating what I was looking for. I purchased a brand new Accord b I was very happy with my experience at Crown Honda and Sejad did a great job at accommodating what I was looking for. I purchased a brand new Accord but later discover that it had a small scratch, I wasn't happy about that, but I brought it back and it was fixed. So far, I have no complaints. Happy customer :-) More
