I highly recommend Crown Honda! The entire staff was always friendly and courteous. Service advisor Brooks Falzone did an excellent job of explaining the required repairs on my car The entire staff was always friendly and courteous. Service advisor Brooks Falzone did an excellent job of explaining the required repairs on my car. Brooks Falzone also answered all of my questions promptly and he did an excellent job dealing with my insurance company and keeping me informed on the status of the repairs on my car. Crown Honda also provides a large comfortable and spacious waiting room where customers can spend time while waiting for the repairs or maintenance on the their vehicles. Crown Honda even has several computer stations where customers can surf the internet while waiting for their cars. Overall, I had a great experience at Crown Honda. More
