A great experience throughout the whole leasing process Several neighbors in my community suggested I go to Crown Honda because they had had good experiences there. I leased a CR-V from them and had a great experience as well. The sales and finance personnel were very competent and took their time helping me choose the right car, the right deal and the right options. One sales person in particular, Sejad Gurdic, spent at least an hour with me at point of pick-up going over all of the electronics and new features in the car with such detail that I comfortably drove off feeling that I had a very good understanding of all of the various systems and new technology in the vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. More

Best car buying experience! Amanda was incredible to work with. Although we did most of the interaction online before we came in for the purchase, there was still some wait time Amanda was incredible to work with. Although we did most of the interaction online before we came in for the purchase, there was still some wait time when it came to the finance department, which is normal. We had our 3 year old daughter with us, and she wasn’t very patient! Amanda talked to her and kept her entertained while we waited, it was a great experience to have Amanda be so active with her. She walked us through all the features on the car and showed us all the neat little things. When the tint on the windows wasn’t done in time she offered to come get the car from us, in Tampa (!!) on the following Wednesday, and get the tint done and return us the car. I was so happy with this, because it was a little bit of a trek for us, especially with a small child. I would highly recommend not only Amanda, but the entire dealership. One of the best car buying experiences, by far. More

Amazing car buying experience! We went to two other dealerships before coming to Crown Honda. The first dealership we went to, we dealt with a brand new salesman who started off by We went to two other dealerships before coming to Crown Honda. The first dealership we went to, we dealt with a brand new salesman who started off by saying, "How can I get you to leave with a [brand of car] today?" Really? That's your first line? Next. The second dealership we went to, the salesman literally convinced us to go to a competitor to purchase an SUV. We weren't even offered a test drive! Absurd! So, coming into Crown Honda, we weren't sure what to expect. Enver saw us in the lobby walking around and immediately came over and shook our hands and brought us over to his desk. He took the time to find out more about us. He made it into a fun interaction rather than a series of boring questions. He wanted to know what we liked and disliked. What were our needs and wants. We determined that a CR-V was what's best for us and we took a test drive. During the entire test drive, he explained the features of the car step by step. We were very impressed with the car and his ability to explain and at the same time he made it exciting. After the test drive, we told him we wanted to take a day or so to think it over. He didn't pressure us and made us feel at ease. Needless to say, we went back the next day and left with a brand new car. You have choices these days. You can go online, literally find a car you want, get financing and go pick it up. In some instances, they will even have the car delivered to you. But if you want someone who will hold your hand and make car buying a pleasant, hassle-free experience, you need to see Enver @ Crown Honda today. We already know, our next car will be a Honda, and it will be with our friend, Enver. Thank you again for the amazing experience! More

Tire Service Excellent I got a flat tire out of nowhere, and thus needed to take my car in either for a repair or new tire. I was worried I might have to wait too long for a I got a flat tire out of nowhere, and thus needed to take my car in either for a repair or new tire. I was worried I might have to wait too long for an appointment but I was helpfully informed both over the phone and at the desk when I arrived that a flat tire is considered an emergency and does not require an appointment in advance. I did not wait long at all before Brooks Falzone assisted me. He verified what the issue was and once the technician made him aware of the full situation, he passed that information on to me and gave me my options as well as his recommendation. Brooks let me take my time before ultimately deciding on a new tire. He also answered any questions I had about my car and potential service checks in the future. Overall, 10/10 (or on this case, 5 stars). More
