Service Reps are always very helpful! Went in for my normal LOF and was promptly attended to. Brooks Falzone was very helpful and courteous. Although it took a little longer to get the work done he was apologetic and checked me out quickly. He did explain to me that the dealership just had power restored the day before. Hurricane Irma had kept the dealership without power for about a week. Crown is a great place to buy and get your vehicles serviced. More

They beat the price quote of another Honda dealership Gloria called me 10 minutes after I had visited another Honda dealership in the Tampa area and told me she would do what she could to beat the quoted Gloria called me 10 minutes after I had visited another Honda dealership in the Tampa area and told me she would do what she could to beat the quoted price for me on a lease, and she did. The experience of leasing the car was very easy and painless on the dealership end (the insurance part was annoying but had nothing to do with the dealership experience!) Gloria and Rachel helped me get the exact car I was interested in and made it comfortable by explaining the ins and outs of my responsibility in the lease. I do recommend going here if you're looking to buy or lease a reliable car. Honda is the way to go. More

They actively kept in contact with us as we were looking for a specific car/ color. They were super friendly and easy to work with. They even made sure the car had a big red bow on it when we brought our daughter to pick it up. Highly recommend working with Anthony. Very down to earth and great to work with. Never felt any pressure which is commmon with other dealerships outside the crown organization. They are family owned and treat you like family! More

I came to Crown with a general idea of what my wife and I needed (Honda Pilot) and went through the inventory with Michael. He was not pushy in the least bit and thoroughly helped me out with what we were looking for. His knowledge of the trims and options was almost encyclopedic and really helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. When it came time for pricing, he didn't play any games like other salesmen have in the past with me and got me a fantastic deal on our new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Overall, this stood out as one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had, and I want to thank Michael for being so helpful, thorough, and transparent. More

Enver Bekric was great! Enver was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We never felt the dreaded high pressure that has often been our experience before this purchase.
