Dear Montana, We have received all of your reviews of course. We are sorry to have caused you such an inconvenience. I do apologize to you on behalf of all the employees that you mention that may or may not have acted with the urgency they should have to correct the problem with the tag and key operation. I have tried to call you and your mother, twice recently, I did ask for your mother’s phone number simply because we didn’t have it and she wrote the first complaint. I didn’t mean any disrespect to you by also calling your mother. First, as you are probably aware the original tag work for the state of Delaware was initially delayed due to the normal title work for the Honda title, the title paperwork for Delaware was then in fact lost. This is highly unusual for this to happen. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience it caused you, and I know as of earlier this month that tag problem was rectified. In your review you talk about the door locks, and the implications that Crown would sell you a car that couldn’t be locked. That assertion is not correct. The doors did lock, the door would lock and unlock using the driver’s door key. The interior electric lock switch was inoperative, but all locks could be locked or unlocked inside the car manually. I would like to get better clarification from you of whether you’re using a key or the remote to lock and unlock also since programming might make it more convenient to lock the rear doors. However the doors did lock and unlock and it was safe. Again, I merely attempted to also contact your mother since she wrote the first review. I am sorry that I was unaware of the lost title paperwork back in October. The suggestion made to title the car in Florida since you live here made sense, but there is no excuse for losing the title paperwork and I’m sincerely sorry for that. I know you have no interest in discussing this with me as you were perfectly clear in your review of how you feel about us. We are not bad people and every day we intend to do a great job for our customers. We do make mistakes however and strive to do things 100%, 100% of the time, but we made mistakes with you and I’d like to personally apologize to you.
