Some said he's a man of extreme integrity and understands it he issues of everyday life. My expierience was exactly that...a major snafu took place on Saturday and today it was remedied... Jay showed concer and compassion beyond what was expected. He honored the price that was on the car I wanted to purchase. He also put me in the hands of Mike Tran who was terrific in his own right. Nothing was too difficult for him to handle....Crown Honda I will return with both family and friends because of the ROYAL TREATMENT administered by your organization. More

Unbelievable Horror Show Crown Honda in Pinellas Park is the shadiest, most unreliable, most unorganized dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am a 23 Crown Honda in Pinellas Park is the shadiest, most unreliable, most unorganized dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am a 23 year old female living in St. Petersburg and trusted them to take me seriously as a customer and sell me a reliable car. Well I'm guessing that what they saw in this young pretty face and polite demeanor was an easy target. And oh wow were they so wrong. I drove my car home and that night realized non of the locks worked. When I called them the next day, my sales rep, Jonathan told me to bring the car in and it would be taken care of. After waiting for 2 hours that day, Jonathan told me they would not be fixing the locks for free, a problem they never told me the car had before I bought it, and that it would cost me around $2000 a door! That is doubling the price I paid for the car. Because I was unwilling to settle for that monstrous rip-off I found myself driving an hour round trip to the dealership twice a week for a month as the Honda employees referred me to this manager and then this sales rep and then that finance rep until I finally found someone who acknowledged that IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO SELL A CAR THAT DOES NOT LOCK TO A 23 YEAR OLD GIRL LIVING IN DOWNTOWN ST. PETERSBURG. Finally after one unsuccessful fix, and another slightly more but not completely successful fix, I decided to say screw it that I still can't lock my drivers door automatically unless the door is shut. Because I was so sick of dealing with the dealership I just didn't care anymore. THEN after waiting 2 months for my registration, and walking in to get my 3rd temporary tag, I was told that the tag problem could've been fixed when I went in to get my 2nd tag but the man I'd worked with obviously had been misinformed and that they were sorry again that yet another employee had no idea what they were doing. The icing on the cake: My mom wrote a bad review so I got a text asking for her number so that the GM could call HER and apologize to HER for MY awful experience. Great move, Honda, great move. So here is my horrendous review. So maybe I will get the apology I deserve now? Or maybe don't even bother because you would be calling hoping I'll take down this review, not because you are actually sorry. And I am NEVER taking down this review. Very helpful Daimara Daimara was very helpful when my Honda Fit needed lots of repair after having been stolen. On top of that, she was really knowledgeable about the process; the insurance claims, police report and etc. She arranged for the rental car; Enterprise picked me up without me having call them.
