Zachary Ruppert is a very nice person and very helpful with my needed. I give him a 5 stars. Other thing that make me not too happy was that I brought a 2019 Honda Pilot, but I have others things were not with my needed. I give him a 5 stars. The lower panel on the driver's door cut my wife's leg when she exited the CRV, twice, the second time causing a severe wound with a great deal of bleeding. At Crown they ordered a new lower inside panel when she exited the CRV, twice, the second time causing a severe wound with a great deal of bleeding. At Crown they ordered a new lower inside panel which they installed. The new part came w/a rubber covering that the original part did not have. Work was completed on time. - Thank you.
