We felt like we knew exactly what we were getting up front and then were delighted when the numbers we saw in person exactly matched those we saw online. Enver was personable, informative, and real with us. I immediately trusted him and the whole rest of the experience bore out that trust. We had to come after work. Both Enver and Tim stayed until 11:00 to finish the sale. But despite that, I never felt pressured to buy or wrap things up quickly. Enver also still took the time to walk me through all the features of my new Civic Sport Hatchback as if it were 2:00 in the afternoon and not 10:30 at night. This is how car buying should be. I highly encourage anyone looking for a Honda to give Crown a try. More

Arrived expecting to spend hours getting two things fixed. The welcome guy fixed one thing even before I talked with Diamari Morrill, my service rep. Turns out the problem was caused when a friend, intending to help me, put windshield washer fluid where oil was supposed to go. She so gracious in explaining and while I should have felt stupid she did not make me feel that way at all--even helped me to feel good about spending $282 to fix my error.
