He always answers customer questions completely and accurately. He is not like typical car salesmen who rip customers off as much as they can. He quickly learns what a customer is looking for and finds the car to satisfy the customer’s needs. Please note: I came to Crown to process an air bag recall notice. I did not intend to buy a car. Continued excellent, courteous service. Brought 2013 CRV in for battery problem, no appointment because it was an unexpected emergency situation. As always, friendly greeting by 1st contact Brought 2013 CRV in for battery problem, no appointment because it was an unexpected emergency situation. As always, friendly greeting by 1st contact person. I was signed in and directed to see James McLaughlin, the service advisor I normally interact with. Within a short period of time, James advised the battery would be checked and status of previously installed battery's warranty life/status checked. I was given courtesy ride home to Mainlands, Unit 1. Within an hour, James called to inform me new battery was needed. Less than an hour later I had return courtesy ride back to Crown Honda to pay what I owed on the new battery and retrieve my car. Again, another successful service visit to your dealership. Thanks to James McLaughlin, courtesy drivers, and service technician. More
