I have had 5 cars (17 years) from Crown Hyundai and they have never let me down! This past Saturday I went in for my oil change/tire rotation and as always was given the best Customer Service! This past weekend I had a wonderful experience at Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg. Mark Lahaie and Christian Pfeifer worked together as a team with great effort and coordination. Mark was extremely busy w Hyundai of St. Petersburg. Mark Lahaie and Christian Pfeifer worked together as a team with great effort and coordination. Mark was extremely busy when we first met on Friday, but his willingness to answer questions and do whatever he could to assist me would have never led on to this. Mark never let his high level of customer service drop. When Christian took over, Mark continued to check on how things were going. I had to return the next day and Christian had everything ready to go and worked hard to keep the process fluid. Christian never let the process lag in any way. Christian went over every little detail of my new Genesis in a very professional manner and was always curious if I had questions. I cannot say enough of how pleasant this experience was. Every team member worked together to help each other out in whatever way they could. Great experience!! More

Another great customer service experience at Crown Hyundai Service Dept. I recently had to bring in my 2016 Sonata without an appointment due to software issues. Rashawn has been great to work with. I came in looking to trade in my Cadillac Escalade and was going to check out the Hyundai Palisade. Although I found the Palisade to be more comfortable and higher qualit trade in my Cadillac Escalade and was going to check out the Hyundai Palisade. Although I found the Palisade to be more comfortable and higher quality than the Kia Telluride I had looked at across the street. I noticed the Gv80 and asked to test drive it. I was sold! I’m going to be 50 and this sexy fast gorgeous vehicle will be my sexy mom car. I’ll feel like a million bucks driving it. Rashawn was very patient, knowledgeable , dedicated determined to find me just what I wanted. These cars are a bit of a unicorn so I really appreciate the regular calls, emails, and general communication reassuring me that I’ll have exactly what I want.
