August is now my go to guy at Hyundai service! I had 4 tires replaced and when I pointed out a defect with my wheels/rims, guess what! he got them replaced under warranty! He went above and beyond duty and is worth his weight in gold for Hyundai! Great communicator and returns phone calls. I can't say enough about his Friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Hyundai parts and products. Definitely an asset to Hyundai! More

Tom Quillin was most helpful in my recent purchase of a 2020 Santa Fe. He was very knowledgeable on the features and stats of the car. When the trim and color desired were not in stock he searched 2020 Santa Fe. He was very knowledgeable on the features and stats of the car. Second time buying a car from Crown Hyundai. Service is always great. No way I would have thought after I left another dealership, having trouble with my trade in, that I’d be buying a brand new car at the always great. I called before stopping by to explain the experience I had at the previous dealership and RaShawn told me not to worry about it, to stop by and he would look into it for me and try to help me out. I’ve been going to Crown Hyundai ever since purchasing my 2015 Genesis.
