Glenn Gasbarro Great Sales Rep Glenn Gasbarro's service was a great in person experience for my wife, Jocklyn Smith on Saturday, April 25, 2020.as Jocklyn had talked via phone fo Glenn Gasbarro's service was a great in person experience for my wife, Jocklyn Smith on Saturday, April 25, 2020.as Jocklyn had talked via phone for several days prior to the Saturday meeting. Glenn's demeanor was one of the reasons we drove a hundred miles each way from The Villages Florida to buy our 2020 Elantra Ltd. He was a really good negotiator by being very respectful, listened well to questions and objections. He responded promptly with answers and information when returning calls. Glenn also responded with written quotes as requested, which another dealer rep Jocklyn was talking to resisted. This other rep was somewhat arrogant, and condescending. Glenn was the totally the opposite. No high pressure. A real gentleman! He had the paperwork, tag transfers, finance, insurance, and other preparations ready to go. The insurance and finance persons were also very professional. We would buy another vehicle from Glenn, and Crown when we are ready. No pressure from anyone. Glen should be your GoTo guy, called him around noon about a car I saw online he gave me all the numbers for out the door pricing including dealer fees and taxes etc. got off work at 4pm was at the deal about a car I saw online he gave me all the numbers for out the door pricing including dealer fees and taxes etc. got off work at 4pm was at the dealership by 5pm and the car was ready to go waiting for a test drive, Glen let me take it out and get a good feel for the car and by the time I was back he had the paperwork ready to go. I felt no pressure at all he made the whole process a breeze. I walked in the dealership at 5pm and was out the door in my new car driving home by 6:15pm all paperwork signed, tags transferred, and new insurance policy good to go! I can’t stress how customers friendly this whole experience was, You rock Glen! 🙌🏻 More
