Great product knowledge- if you‘ve have a car in mind (new or used) he watches his lots like a hawk and has found me cars that I’ve been looking for but cannot fin on my own. He’s been there for a long while. The man has never stumbled on trying to remember my name. He’s not what you think of a “used car salesman”. No pressure, honest feedback and just an all around nice guy. He found the exact SantaFe I wanted for my parents in St Petersburg (every spec we wanted, not one extra feature we did not want). Patrick was great. I am a first time buyer and didn’t feel pressured to select which car I wanted. When I came in he found a couple SUVs I was interested in and we looked at them and test drove the one I feel pressured to select which car I wanted. Crown Hyundai is one of the nicest auto dealers I've been to everyone was very friendly and the coffee what's hot. I never had a Hyundai before and so I was unaware that it was a Korean car.
