Excellent Customer Service Tomm Burkart has been my advisor for a couple years since my original advisor received a promotion. I currently own 2007 Hyundai Sonata purchased in J Tomm Burkart has been my advisor for a couple years since my original advisor received a promotion. I currently own 2007 Hyundai Sonata purchased in July 2006 that has served me well. Crown's advisors listen to what I need, check for recalls and make suggestions for additional services (never any pressure) and reminders when mileage maintenance is coming up. I have waited for my vehicle (usually reasonable time frames), and have taken advantage of courtesy van also available in timely fashion. Love the dealership but now think it is time to visit the showroom salesman. More
