Enjoyable Car Buying - Finally! We purchased a Hyundai Genesis from Glen Gasbarro at Crown Hyundai. Glen treated us with respect and talked to us as intelligent people without getting into the typical "Used Car Salesman Hustle", which is often seen way too much in the auto industry. He fulfilled all agreements we made, handled the deal in straight forward manner, and then took extra care to make sure our new car was prepared and ready for us. He even transferred out Toll tag from the old car to the new one! We enjoyed buying a car at this dealership, especially with Glen's help. Thanks and nice work Glen. He was so polite and extremely informative about the vehicles I test drove and looked at. He made sure I knew what all of my options were and wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase. Everyone I dealt with at Crown Hyundai treated me with patience and respect. They took care of everything and were very efficient. Mario made sure to follow up on all the little details for me on things like connecting my phone, and setting up my satellite radio trial.
