Excellent car buying experience I was borderline in the market for looking for another vehicle as my 2009 Audi Q5 was starting to rack up miles and the maintenance was getting a litt I was borderline in the market for looking for another vehicle as my 2009 Audi Q5 was starting to rack up miles and the maintenance was getting a little less desirable. I started initially working with a sharp young man, Beau Tribbett, who invested a couple of hours with me looking at vehicles and doing a couple of test drives. Due to a scheduling conflict, Steve Bednar took over and help my wife and I come to a decision on a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. Initially, I was thinking SUV again but didn't have an actual need for it and once I drove the Sonata and was very impressed with the handling and the sporty pick up I knew that would be the vehicle. It also doesn't hurt going from 17 MPG in the city to 43 MPG in the city:) Everyone at the dealership has been very helpful and hospitable and I look forward to a long, successful relationship with Steve, Beau, August, and the other wonderful staff members. Steve was very patient and took the time to ask questions, explain and offer knowledgeable insight into the buying decision. Great place I met Nick Black as a General Manager at Tire Choice in Lakeland. He has worked on my car in the past and always given excellent service. When I searched for him recently with another vehicle problem, he told me to come to Crown Hyundai to meet with him to see if another alternative could be found versus paying for another $1,000+ repair. I came on my next day off from Lakeland and I was certainly rewarded. Not only was it a pleasant experience as always with Nick but he was able to help place me in my dream car as well! Thank you Nick for always being there when I need you for my vehicle issues!! I recommend Nick Black to anyone in need of a great sales guy with a charming personality and contagious laugh. More
