WE LOVED MARIO!!!!! My used car of 10 years had died on me so we were on our way to a dealership a little ways out but decided to stop in at Crown Hyundai since it was ri My used car of 10 years had died on me so we were on our way to a dealership a little ways out but decided to stop in at Crown Hyundai since it was right next to our house– just to get a glimpse of what was out on the lot before we really started car shopping. Originally, we had tried steering clear from any of the salesmen outside but when Mario showed up with his bubbly personality, he just gave off such a great first impression that we let him show us around a little. Shortly after I was test driving a little Hyundai Sonata (I drove a Doge Nitro SUV prior) and absolutely fell in love with how smooth it drove, how neat the features were, and the fact that it was a 2016 CPO for under 13k! Mario is AWESOME! I was nervous about being able to afford a car on such short notice but Mario made everything possible! He really worked with us the best he could to make sure we had everything done to our satisfaction and what we were comfortable with, never pushed us, and even gave us a little tour to meet a few of the staff to get us settled in! More

My mom (and I) had such a great experience with her salesman when she bought her car in December that I made sure to go back to Crown Hyundai and ask for Mario specifically. I’ve already recommended him to 3 friends of mine who are thinking of car shopping soon. He is honest, he is genuine, he is extremely attentive and he will make sure you leave with a smile- something that every car salesman I have ever dealt with lacks. No exploitation, no running your credit 250 times, no shady business just to get you for a sale. In all honesty, I've never even imagined myself driving a Hyundai but I’ve got to say I absolutely love it! GO TO MARIO POZZI! I'd suggest taking a business card but I probably took them all and passed them out myself More
