Go see Mario, he is the best! Mario Pozzi is the best. Spoke with him on Friday afternoon, told him what I wanted and stopped in Saturday; he was ready to let me take a test drive Mario Pozzi is the best. Spoke with him on Friday afternoon, told him what I wanted and stopped in Saturday; he was ready to let me take a test drive and that was it. I was prepared to buy and he made it super easy. Went and had some lunch while they prepare paperwork, detailed the vehicle, and got everything ready. Came back signed my paperwork; time with Mario in the vehicle to go over all the features. He even set-up my phone/car connectivity! He was great, knowledgeable and a very, genuinely caring, nice man! Thanks again Mario! More

Great customer service I have now gotten 5 cars from Crown Hyundai since 2004...the last one was a 2016 Sonata that I decided to lease 3 years ago. My lease was coming to an I have now gotten 5 cars from Crown Hyundai since 2004...the last one was a 2016 Sonata that I decided to lease 3 years ago. My lease was coming to an end and I got a call from Justin Hoffman to see what he could do to help me...I went in to meet with him and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! I decided to keep my car so he walked me through everything and then I met with the finance department! I highly recommend that anyone interested in a Hyundai stop by Crown and ask for Justin! More

The attention and service I have seen with them has been unparalleled in my 40-odd years of owning cars. Chris and Thom have treated me as if I were their only customer; exceeding expectations and cheerfully helping, even with problems that were my fault. In my most recent service this week, Thom had me in and out in an hour, even sorting a persistent issue with the Genesis’ somewhat impenetrable tech system.
