I normally hate this experience of going car shopping but John went above and beyond to make sure I was sheltered from sitting at the dealer for a hundred years. Instead John walked me through purchasing my new car online and once everything was completely approved with the bank for financing he called me up and said when would you like to pick up your new car. Best prices on a new Hyundai without having to haggle Besides the initial slow response via email and then later on the mix up with VIN numbers, it went well. Their lowest price offer was actually pretty decent (I was given 3 offers with different timelines). That makes buying a car much more easier if you just give your lowest price up front.
