Buyer beware! Just to be clear, Florida is a dealer only state. That means a dealer has to call to get your payoff. So if the person working your deal tells you you Just to be clear, Florida is a dealer only state. That means a dealer has to call to get your payoff. So if the person working your deal tells you your payoff, you have to take that on faith. Crown told me the number, I signed the paperwork. Months later I found out from credit karma that Hyundai had sent me to collections for an unpaid balance. Crown was a payment short. I called and talked to the finance manager, he told me I signed the paperwork that showed how much they would pay. Now Hyundai won't repair my credit unless they get a letter from Crown. This has been going on for a year. DO NOT trust these people. Update: After I posted my review the GM reached out to me. I tried several times to get a hold of him with no luck. Finally I reached him and he said he would look into it. I never heard back. When I tried to reach him again I had to leave a voicemail. He responded with a voicemail saying he had emailed me. I then had to respond with voicemail stating I hadn't received email, could he give me a date and time, so I could check all my folders. Nothing. I'll say again. SHADY, DO NOT TRUST. More
