Get your car serviced here! Several weeks ago I called Crown Hyundai and made an appointment to gt my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport serviced. When I drove into the service area, I was Several weeks ago I called Crown Hyundai and made an appointment to gt my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport serviced. When I drove into the service area, I was directed to Brian Casey's spot. He went over the services to be provided and then gave me the good news that there would be no charge for the oil change. because of the hurricane. :-) Sometime after the car was taken to be serviced, Brian came to me in the waiting area and informed me that the inspection of the car had found a nail in the left rear tire. They could repair it and would do it. When all the services were completed, Brian came to me and said that all the services were completed including a car wash and vacuuming of the car. The tire repair was $32. So I paid the tire repair bill and drove away in a sparkling clean car and completely serviced car. Brian is a service representative who does a great job with his clients!! Oil and filter change, Front Brake pads replaced, recall ite Ryan provided me with excellent service. Initially, I was scheduled for an oil and filter change, and to have a recall check for the front driver seat Ryan provided me with excellent service. Initially, I was scheduled for an oil and filter change, and to have a recall check for the front driver seat belt. Upon inspection, it was discovered my 2012 Hyundai Sonata with 56,000 mile also need front break pads. Ryan was able to get that added to my service with some discounts that were available to help save a little money. The service only took about an hour, with a free car wash thrown in! I highly recommend Ryan for managing your service needs. More

We moved from a fully, loaded Sonata Limited to an an Azera Limited and could not be happier, great car that wasn't advertised, a real shame. Now for Imad, very helpful while being friendly. Had been in the day before and was told the Azera's would arrive the following day just so happens the car we had was being repaired again so I went and found Imad to get the trade underway. He wasn't sure of the colors but I really didn't care if not black outside. I went home and cars arrived shortly after, he called to say there where so I went straight back down and finished the paperwork, car was checked while the paperwork was finished up. Imad did not try and steer me back to another Sonata which I'm very thankful for. thank you Imad More
