Our salesman Steve Bednar took care of all our needs in a professional, non-pressure style, which suited our needs. The staff there is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The facility was clean, cool inside, and very comfortable. We really appreciated not sitting around for hours waiting on paperwork once the deal was agreed to, and our car was ready when Steve said it would be. The car came out of detail with a couple of smudges, and Steve sent it back through without hesitation. Overall, we were very happy with our transaction. More

Great Buying Experience With Crown I purchased a new Tucson on May 31, the last day of the Memorial weekend sale with Hyundai rebates. I used Truecar and wanted to avoid going to a dea I purchased a new Tucson on May 31, the last day of the Memorial weekend sale with Hyundai rebates. I used Truecar and wanted to avoid going to a dealership. I communicated with two dealerships by email and settled on Crown when I connected with Mark Bowen who was abundantly professional, courteous, respectful of my time and quickly got to a bottom line with no pressure nor hassle. We settled on a price in a matter of a couple of phone calls. My wife and daughter picked up the car. We had one hiccup because the license plate being transferred was in my name. Mark quickly solved the situation by adding my name to the transaction and then drove the paperwork to my office for me to sign ... what customer service! I can't speak highly enough about the experience with Crown in getting the exact car we wanted at a great price, and with Mark in making it such a great experience. More
