I recently had the pleasure of working with Glen Gasbarro at Crown Hyundai and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Glen was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at al at Crown Hyundai and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Glen was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He was patient with my questions and made sure I understood all of my options. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I really appreciated that. Even after I had purchased my car, Glen followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with my purchase. That level of customer service is truly exceptional and speaks volumes about his dedication to his customers. Overall, I would highly recommend Glen to anyone in the market for a new car. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and I am thrilled with my new vehicle. More

I went in early had a trade in and a budget set and specifics on my next purchase. Glen Gasbarro sold me my hundai really nice guy not to pushy worked with me on every question. Watch your back when dealing with these guys. From the start, my experience was bad. Went to test a 2013 Mustang convertible GT. Car was nice until my son came out of the backseat completely soaked! The rear seats felt like fully soaked sponges. The sales rep actually asked if I will still be interested after the car was repaired. Uh NO! I have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Crown Hyundai but will not visit again. I expect a top notch dealer to have top notch cars. Good thing we know where the bottled water is kept because we never were offered any. Poor car poor service and the most high pressured sales tactics. More
