The airbag connector under the seat needed to be replaced, because it had a high resistance. Instead of putting on new connectors, they ran two wires, and it cost $500. Replacing two plastic connec replaced, because it had a high resistance. Instead of putting on new connectors, they ran two wires, and it cost $500. Replacing two plastic connectors with ones that don’t rust. Should’ve cost a lot less. Rather disappointing. More

This is my third time coming in for an oil change & the price for my oil change increases every time. When I questioned the inconsistency of the price and ask for the same price as the previous service Lui price for my oil change increases every time. Get over on who?…Just because I want consistency in the price for the same exact oil change, the same exact service that doesn’t mean I’m trying to get over on anybody. Three different employees helped me on the three different service visits and all three employees gave me different prices but yet I’m trying to get over on them? What a joke. Keep in mind this is a brand new truck. On this previous 3rd visit he says “Oh well I didn’t know your truck was a Diesel”…So how are you in the service department not knowing the details of the customers car/truck that needs servicing? There’s definitely some lack of training that needs to be addressed. And don’t ever tell a paying customer that they trying get over when in actuality, it looks like that service department at Culver City Chevrolet is trying to get over on the PAYING customers. Let me add in this crucial detail as well. I physically came in the service department talked to Luis and had them pull up my records and quote me on Friday 1.12.24 and then I scheduled an appointment for Monday to bring my truck in. Guess what, when I brought the truck in that Monday 1.15.24 3 days later…he gave me a whole different price then what he told me on Friday. Now who’s trying to get over on who? More
