I truly loved my car buying experience here. It didn’t feel like the traditional dealership where the sale person is pressing you to sell the car. It was relaxed and comfortable. The other place was immediately trying to push papers in my face to sign before I found the car I truly loved. At Culver, from walking into the door and being greeted to signing the contract it was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I was shown attention and respect from every employee I encountered. Over the 10 days or so before I knew exactly what I wanted, I peppered Amy with questions and requests and she was always kind, personable, responsive, professional and informative. I never felt like I was bugging her and it gave me time to figure out, find and then buy exactly what I wanted. Then Brian patiently and kindly helped me to figure out all the new tech with my car. He was ready for my million questions starting with “how do I…” Then when I got to finance Danny broke down my contract without trying to upsell or pressure me which I greatly appreciated. He and Amy were aware of my dollar amount request and respected it. More

The professionalism, friendly staff and service were exceptional and far above what I have experienced at other dealerships.
