Shadi Salman went above and beyond presenting the product and explaining financing side. His knowledge of the vehicles and his customer service are topnotch. Shadi Salman is the reason we will be recommending anyone we know in the market for a new vehicle. The entire buying process was quick, and the vehicle was delivered to our house with balloons, and presented to our daughter. Shadi patiently and with in depth knowledge went over all the safety and car features.It was truly one of a kind experience for her as well. I think Ford just gained a new loyal young generation customer for years to come. Experience was wonderful! I had purchased a new Ford Focus in 2015 from Currie Motors. Unfortunately, it had a transmission problem. I had it in for repairs many times. I went in last week and Shadi Salman was so friendly and helpful. He promised to do what he could to help us trade up to a Ford Fusion so we wouldn't have any more issues. It took a little time, but he managed to work it out and we felt very comfortable working with him and his manager on this purchase. We are more than happy with our vehicle and the whole experience at Currie Ford. We are definitely repeat customers. We also dropped off our Ford Explorer at the Service Department with Joe Klimek. He checked for recalls and updates for our vehicle. taking care of the needed repairs and maintenance, calling with much appreciated updates along the way.
