Great Customer Service I pulled into the dealership, got out of my car, and was greeted by a friendly smiling face. The salesman introduced himself as Tony. I was impressed at how quickly I was greeted yet I did not feel bombarded. He asked what he could do to help me and explained that I was there to "look" at and price out Escapes. We sat down and went over my 'must haves' and ideal monthly payments. Before I knew it I was out test driving what would be my brand new vehicle...I just didn't know it yet. I had not been in a car dealership in over 10 years and was apprehensive about dealing with a sales person. Antonio was great through the entire process I did not feel pressured at any point. I would also like to note that every employee I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly. Great Service all around. More

I dread the car buying experience mostly because of past interactions with salespeople. Pete was awesome, I felt he had my best interests in mind and I wasn't just a customer. He listened to what I said and actually recommended another (and less expensive) car, based on what I told him it would be used for. He gave me plenty of options to choose from and took the time to explain everything in detail. He went out of his way to get the car to me as quickly as possible (it was at another dealership far away). Even after all the paperwork was signed, he still came out to the car and went through a lot of the features to make sure I was comfortable with them. I felt that Pete was very honest and a great person to deal with! Pete is the model that all salespeople should be! More

Great Service! Had some transmission problems. Took more than one try and some good old fashioned mechanic know-how to fix. The problem did not show on the scan. The Had some transmission problems. Had a loaner for the duration and was kept up to date on progress in a timely manner. We are long term customers but this time they went above and beyond to satisfy. More
