made an 8 am appointment for an oil change, thinking that my car was finished, since it was parked outside (at 920am) I asked and was told they didn't start on yet. I was told they had a lot of appointments my car was finished, since it was parked outside (at 920am) I asked and was told they didn't start on yet. I was told they had a lot of appointments at 8 They took it back at 9.30 and it took them 40 minutes to do oil change, When I originally called to make the appointment I asked how long because I was going to wait and was told hour/hour and a half. why make an appointment at a certain time if they're not going to honor it. Double booking appointments is wrong. More
