Ethan is awesome. Answered all my questions, returned my phone calls and text. He went through the entire vehicle with me and explained everything. Another Great Experience with Rick Eilts & Currie Ford Valpo. I was considering purchasing a used Ford Explorer ST and I asked Rick Eilts to help me. Rick is always very professional and knowledgeable a Valpo. I was considering purchasing a used Ford Explorer ST and I asked Rick Eilts to help me. Rick is always very professional and knowledgeable about the products that Currie Ford of Valpo sells. He showed me all of the features and answered all of questions. Adam Hernandez, Sales Manager, also does and excellent job of being professional meeting the customers needs. Three other managers that need to be mentioned are Mike Ramadan, Cary Green and Brendan Rios. They always deliver for the customers. The General manager, Frank Herrera, is the man that makes it all happen. He has turned this dealership around and it is one of the leading Ford dealerships in the area. Frank does "whatever it takes" to meet the customers needs. More

On 06/10/2021 my wife and I were on vacation from Arizona and our 2000 F150 started to have engine problems at about 8:00 PM. As luck would have it, I saw the Ford of Valpo dealership just down the road we and our 2000 F150 started to have engine problems at about 8:00 PM. As luck would have it, I saw the Ford of Valpo dealership just down the road we were on. I limped the truck to the dealership entrance and saw the Service drive entrance door was open. As I drove up to the service door, I saw employees standing near-by. One of the employees who identified himself as Justin approached my truck. My wife and I were very distraught as we had already dealt with mechanical issues with the truck during our vacation. Justin, took us under his wing. He told me the service area was closed for the day, and helped me with the appropriate paperwork for getting our truck repaired first thing in the morning. He then found us a hotel to stay at for the night. But didn't stop there. Justin piled our luggage into his own personal vehicle and drove us to the hotel. After seeing that were were checked in, he told us he would follow-up and see that our truck's issues were addressed. The next day Justin followed through on his promise and when the vehicle was expertly repaired, he again in his own personal vehicle, picked us up from the hotel and drove us to the dealership where we picked up the truck and were able to continue on our vacation. Everyone with whom we came in contact with at the dealership was professional and courteous, but Justin stood out as a person of integrity who genuinely is concerned for others. I hold Justin in the highest regard as one of the most caring, honest people I have ever met. Thank you again Justin Starns! More
