My fiancé and I were greeted courteously and promptly by our Salesman Kai when we arrived and he was very polite in helping figure out our plan on what we wanted. We walked in looking to trade in my old car our Salesman Kai when we arrived and he was very polite in helping figure out our plan on what we wanted. We walked in looking to trade in my old car and get a new Ford Maverick and ended up leaving with a 2023 F-150 that I love! Brought our truck in for a 2:00 appointment for a oil change. We took 2 cars so we could drop it off. We come back around 3:50 and they say it will be a few more minutes. Then my husband sees them drivi change. We took 2 cars so we could drop it off. We come back around 3:50 and they say it will be a few more minutes. Then my husband sees them driving it in to do the oil change. No apology nothing. Please dont tell me its a covid thing. Bottom line poor management. We gave you 2 hours to get this done. So my husband had to wait another 25 minutes. Horrible experience! Then he goes to get paint that usally comes with a new vehicle and it's $25. Then he had to wait 15 minutes and told they are out of it. I myself have purchased st least 10 cars from Ford thankfully not this one and I always got small amount of paint with my new car. Just a really bad experience. So I called the number two times and left message. They totally ghosted me. Like I stated bad management. More
