Woke up one morning to my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport start with all check lights on. I called only to be told to drive the car in even after hearing noises and vibration. 1h 20 mins after my car got to start with all check lights on. I called only to be told to drive the car in even after hearing noises and vibration. 1h 20 mins after my car got to the dealer by roadside assistance towing, I called to have an update. The sales rep said" you show have driven the vehicle when I told you. You cannot expect to be seen so in this time frame because we have a full day." He totally disregarded the fact that I had only 5600 mile on my car and was boomed that it was not working. I told him I was to be at work the next day and need a loaner car or call in time so I can get a transportation. I was told we don't have any loaner car you Honda is not responsible for external damage. I was called atv5pm by then i couldn't get a rental vehicle. Overall the experience was horrible, after I expressed my dissatisfaction things improved alittle. The car was fixed in the stated time only good that came from the experience. More
