Carlos provided attentive, individualized customer service and described the car’s features and history in detail. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I was ready to buy. Carlos made the buying experience pleasant, without high-pressure sales tactics, and he offered a fair price for my trade-in. He took extra time to customize the settings of the car, and the Detailing Team thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior of the car, making it look brand-new.
