He reviewed my concerns with me and then showed me to the waiting room where I could have a fresh coffee while waiting for my ride home. The gentlemen who drove me home and then back to the dealership when my car was ready (early by the way) was just that a gentlemen and great driver. When I picked up my car, I was again asked if I had any questions and then sent on my way happy and secure that my CR-V is in optimum condition. More

Terrible Today I went to this dealership in hopes of purchasing a pre owned vehicle. When I first got there I was greeted by Charleen who was super friendly. I Today I went to this dealership in hopes of purchasing a pre owned vehicle. When I first got there I was greeted by Charleen who was super friendly. I was then greeted by Cyrus who was another sales associate, who i worked with for the majority of the time. Cyrus was super helpful and was able to answer many of my questions. When it came to the pricing of the vehicle there was a decent sized dent in the vehicle. We asked Cyrus if this could be reduced from the price. I also inquired if the dealership gave any incentives for college graduates and law enforcement but they said they did not. We were informed that the sales manager was willing to take of $200 for law enforcement but then when he came over to speak to us he came over to say that the $200 was for the dent in the door (which probably cost about $1500 to fix.) Both the sales manager and finance manager were very aggressive and unfriendly during the interactions. I watched people leave the dealership as it became empty after I waited for 2 hours to speak to the finance manager. I waited for him to run the credit information and when he finally called me in I realized that he had already finalized all of paperwork as if I had agreed to buy the vehicle. I had made it clear that I was just looking to see how much the APR rate would be after the credit was run. Immediately he began asking me to sign paperwork for the vehicle, which I had not even yet seen the breakdown of all of the fees/prices for yet. I just wanted to buy the car with out being tricked into paying for the car with out seeing the final price. The fact that they tried to make me sign a paper stating that I was was purchasing the vehicle with out showing me the final price was an awful experience. I loved the car and would have bought the car right then and there but they made me feel bullied and tricked. More
