Poor communication and hard to get a hold of anyone When I dropped the car off, I noted two minor issues to look into. A few hours later, I received an update that everything was all set. They couldn't replicate the problem, but had done a reset (which seems to have worked to solve that issues, at least for now). However, they hadn't taken a look at the other issue, but said they would, after I reminded them. I then didn't hear an update for the rest of the day. I tried to call around 5:30pm to determine if I would be able to pick it up or not, but the phone just kept ringing. I left the car overnight (this was a Friday so it wasn't a huge deal to me). When I tried to call the next morning, I still was unable to reach anyone. I tried again on Sunday afternoon, and still the phone rang and rang. On Monday afternoon, I tried again, to no avail, and then called the sales department. They were very helpful and friendly, and able to locate my car and tell me that it "should be all set". I went to pick it up, but they weren't able to tell me whether or not the other issue was fixed. It was unacceptable that I was unable to get a hold of anyone in the service department for four days straight. More

Curry made the problem worse I left my car for a diagnosis relating to a light next to the Drive light on the dash and the fact that the transmission was randomly revving way too I left my car for a diagnosis relating to a light next to the Drive light on the dash and the fact that the transmission was randomly revving way too high for no reason. They told me that after running a diagnostic and leaving the car running for much of the day, that they could not replicate the issue. I picked up the car after hours and it was doing the same thing immediately. I had to drive home (60 miles) and then back the next morning (another 60 miles) to get to the bottom of the issue. They told me there was a transmission fluid leak. FOUR quarts down! They replaced the fluid and repaired the leak. Finally! When you bring in a car because one of the transmission lights lit you would think that they would check the transmission fluid first instead of 120 miles later and after a day of supposed diagnostics. Now I'm doing that commute with a car that has a transmission which has been put under the unnecessary strain of being down 4 quarts instead of when the light first went on. In the past Curry Honda has been very thorough and professional. That is why I have driven so far for their service. I hope this trip was an anomaly and not a harbinger of future service trips. We have bought several cars from Curry and intend to continue doing so if they return to their normal great service. More

Professional friendly staff We brought our vehicle in for an oil change. After inspecting the vehicle it was noticed that the tires were worn down significantly.
