She recommends the work which needs to be performed and what may be deferred to the next visit. Aimee addressed my concerns and I could see she wanted this to be an excellent customer experience. She succeeded! I received a call indicating the work was performed ahead of the anticipated scheduled pick up time. Upon arriving, all the completed job was fully explained, including costs, as well as the results of the detailed Multi-Point Inspection and alignment check. Prompt- professional John was so patient and kind. He listen to all my concerns and addressed them all. I went to the service department due to my remote starter not wo John was so patient and kind. Jon checked everything out even was able to get me a loaner so that my vehicle could be started first thing in the morning. He went above and beyond expectation. My starter is working after he explained how to properly work it. Curry Honda and Jon (Service Dept) are excellent!!!! My remote starter that comes with the vehicle is a different story..... The remote starter is difficult to work, not very user friendly. The front and tail lights do NOT stay lite after starting the remote starter so you don't know if the starter is still running. The remote starter only runs for 10 minutes at a time. Poor design. More
