Curry Honda's Service department has always been exemplary in the 10 years I have owned my Honda Fit and the quality of the work and communication uns Curry Honda's Service department has always been exemplary in the 10 years I have owned my Honda Fit and the quality of the work and communication unsurpassed! But this time was THE BEST! When my car had to be unexpectedly towed to Curry on the weekend with a broken axle, I was called immediately by Pedro who said, "Hi! I'm Pedro! I remember your vehicle and you from the service we did a few months ago. I'll be getting your car looked at and get back to you today." I was so relieved as I was without a car and quite scared after having it break down so suddenly while driving in traffic. He was so reassuring and told me that it was repairable and not to worry. THen, he worked overtime on Saturday to prepare an estimate and make sure to have the parts in stock to do the repairs on Monday. I can't possibly express the extent of my gratitude. He called me Monday before noon to say the work was completed and the cost had come in even a bit under the estimate. I always tell people that Curry Honda has the best service department and this time beat all others! When I need a new car I'm going to buy another Honda mostly because I never want to use another service company. Thank you Pedro and also Jason, who has been running such an exceptionally quality service department for so many years. I hope that Pedro can be given a raise or some sort of special recognition because he really went ABOVE and BEYOND and I never saw him to be able to thank him personally.
