VERY GOOD I had taken my car to have something repaired that had been recalled. Everyone worked together as a team. I never felt as though I was be asked to rep I had taken my car to have something repaired that had been recalled. Everyone worked together as a team. I never felt as though I was be asked to repair something that wasn't an issue. They provided me with a checklist of what they examined and said that everything was fine. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated and Aimee told me the cost upfront. When I arrived, Aimee was with another customer and someone came to my assistance immediately. When I went to pick up my car, again someone came and explained everything. The only issue that I have had, is that I tried to send this from my phone, and couldn't, and then after doing the survey, I didn't have a password, had to go back to my email to recover one, then had to do this survey over again. It is probably my fault. More

She recommends the work which needs to be performed and what may be deferred to the next visit. Aimee addressed my concerns and I could see she wanted this to be an excellent customer experience. She succeeded! I received a call indicating the work was performed ahead of the anticipated scheduled pick up time. Upon arriving, all the completed job was fully explained, including costs, as well as the results of the detailed Multi-Point Inspection and alignment check. Our family has purchased 7 vehicles at Curry, and find the present day service center to be very efficient and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable advisors.. Thanks Aimee and Curry Honda! More
