There is truly no nonsense or hard selling tactics used by the sales team at Curry Honda. I have never felt pressured or mislead. The finance department worked quickly and efficiently to process the paperwork. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. There were products offered at that time, but there was no absolutely no pressure to accept them. We've had the car for a little over a week, and I have no buyer's remorse. The gentleman that assisted me, Jon, was so pleasant to work with. He made sure that I knew my way around the waiting area and made sure that I felt comfortable. He explained to me right away what would be done with my car and how much the cost would be. The waiting room was comfortable from the atmosphere to the seats. They have complimentary snacks and drinks too! When everything was finished Jon took me to the cashier and made sure everything went smoothly with my check out. My overall experience was fantastic! My initial experience was online with Charleen who was fast and efficient in answering all my questions, sending pictures etc... I live in the Boston area so I had reluctance to travel the 100 miles to see the car but she assured me the condition etc... would meet my high expectations. Once at the dealership I was greeted warmly by Charleen and Rich who would be assisting me through the process. After a test drive and working on trading in my car. I dealt with Will and Rich. We worked together to get a fair price for my car and I feel comfortable with the deal from both sides. In the background Ron the business manager had all my paperwork ready to go making the process smooth and easy and explaining everything clear and concise. I highly recommend my experience with this dealership. The drive out is well worth your time and they will take great care of you.
