Exceptional Customer Service I called in advance to make an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at Curry, I drove right up to the service bays and didn't have to wait m I called in advance to make an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at Curry, I drove right up to the service bays and didn't have to wait more than a minute in my car before I was waved into a bay. I was greeted immediately. I probably waited less than 30 seconds after that before Chris came with my paperwork to get me started. He recorded the mileage, then measured the tread depth on my tires without me asking him to, although I was concerned about that as my inspection is coming due. He suggested a tire rotation which I agreed needed to be done after reviewing his measurements. He suggested another service to consider, but I declined that. There was no pressure put on me. I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area is pleasant. The TV was on the Olympics (a generally acceptable station to all), but I always bring earplugs and a book with me. They have hot cocoa, tea, coffee, water and sometimes popcorn available for customers. It was probably a little too early in the morning for popcorn this time. When the service was finished, Chris found me in the waiting area, went over the charges and left me with the cashier. Everyone is always very upbeat and courteous there. More
