DONOTCALL1, Hello, sorry to hear your oil change wait time was not up to your expectations. This is a concern that will pop up every once in a while. Vehicles these days are equipped with many more shields/parts to be removed to access the filter, we check for recalls and software updates, we do a multi-point inspection to check over the entire vehicle for safety, and then the time to prepare your paperwork before and after the service. Unfortunately, the time adds up to more than we would like. Oil change wait times can vary depending on the model. An oil change can range from 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours on a Honda, when inspected and properly done to Honda standards. We do not train the technicians here to rush on any customer vehicle, as we want our customer's vehicles treated the same way we would treat ours, handled with attention and care. I know this might not be the answer you are looking for, but we will always try our best to take care of you and your vehicle with the best of care and in the timeliest manner. We apologize if it took too long during your recent trip in for service, we hope to make it up to you next time. I cannot investigate the time it took etc. because I can't look you up off this name you are listed under.
