I had four new tires installed & all new brake pads put on. The next day my low tire pressure light came on. Went back & now need new sensors & plugs - a coincidence? I don't think so. I never had any problem with the sensors before the tires got changed. $220 later, after paying almost $1300 originally. I didn't feel I should have been charged for the sensors, because I believe the sensors got damaged during the tire change. I bought my CRV from Curry and have always had my service done there. A bit disappointed with having to make another key for my daughters car, plus the almost 3 hours to have a key made. When I arrived, they said it would be 20 minutes to make the key and then another 40 minut daughters car, plus the almost 3 hours to have a key made. When I arrived, they said it would be 20 minutes to make the key and then another 40 minutes to program it with the computer. This, to me, seems a bit excessive. The problem goes back to January when my daughter brought the car in initially due to the alarm not going off, apparently due to the door lock. Anyway, the door assembly was replaced and still didn't work properly after they replaced it, and found a linkage(?) that needed to be replaced, which in my opinion, was the original problem. Apparently, new keys needed to be made. I agreed to the keys being made, but what I thought was 2 new keys was actually a single new key plus the old key. To my surprise, apparently when I stopped by yesterday, the key that was hardly that was having difficulty going in and out of the ignition was an old key. I was informed that I had opted for 1 key, which I didn't do. It makes no sense to get 1 key. Anyway, I got the new key, and was charged $30. more than what I was quoted last week when I stopped by. Thankfully, I noticed at the cashier that something was awry. I went back to Joe and showed how this was more than quoted, and he immediately resolved the issue (5*.s to Joe. Outstanding service rep) With new key in hand, everything works great. Its just too bad the key took two and a half times the amount of time to get it done. The key design really sucks. I've had to replace keys on my 06 Pilot, 05 Accord and 07 Accord. On a side note, my sister in law loves Curry Honda and has bought all of her business vehicles from you. Also, a friend brought his Honda Odyssey in with an engine problem, which apparently is an issue with the eco engines, and you did an awesome job and rebuilt his engine with no charge, (10*'s for that) due to a manufacturer's flaw in the engine design. Perhaps this will become public knowledge, and concerns me a bit with my 2011 Pilot. I feel compelled to say something about using the term 'Boss' by one of the service associates (not Joe) who helped me initially before I told him I had worked with Joe. Saying 'Boss' I find disrespectful being an old white teacher who taught for 30 years in Holyoke. When I hear that term being said by a person of who is quite possibly Puerto Rican heritage, I know what that means when that term is used. It is a hidden slur, though innocuous as it appears, and probably most people would let it fly by. I think sir, Mr., Ms. Mam would be a bit more respectful and courteous. . More

Pedro was a pleasure to work when we went in for service on our brand new car when it would was not starting for us repeatedly. The service department was able to determine the cause after leaving it overni on our brand new car when it would was not starting for us repeatedly. The service department was able to determine the cause after leaving it overnight to 2 nights. Now that the battery has been replaced, our car is up and running again without issue. Thank you all! Max was also a pleasure to work with when we bought the car. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly assisted us in deciding which car was the right choice for us.
