BRANDON IS THE BEST!!!! I wouldn't see anyone else. Brandon has been helping me for years now. He is very honest, upfront and doesn't push me to buy anything. I don't know if i would ever go back if Brandon wasn't there. He is truly a company man and truly cares about his customers. There aren't many people out there like him. He knows me by name and knows me when i come in. I have sent numberous of my family members (who don't drive Hondas) to see Brandon for Basic service ETC and have all recieved the same treatment. Excellent customer service Dropped car off for a recall fix. Was called let me know car was ready for pickup. I walked in and was immediately asked may I help you. very helpful in an emergency My car started spewing radiator fluid Friday night. I had the car towed to Curry Honda (I'm a long term customer and purchased the car new there year My car started spewing radiator fluid Friday night. I had the car towed to Curry Honda (I'm a long term customer and purchased the car new there years ago). I called them in the morning and they said they would take a look at it. Later that afternoon they called me back to say they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They thought the cap had just worked it's way loose and came off when I hit a bump. They had it on the lift , ran it to make sure that it wasn't going to overheat and took it for a ride. Obviously they put some time into evaluating it. They didn't charge me anything for this which I really, really appreciate. Thank you very much to the entire service department! More

Curry Honda has The most kind and courteous team members.. I chose to drive over a hour to Curry Honda in Chicopee over Bedard Brothers Honda in Cheshire Ma, Because of the unprofessional Manor I was approache I chose to drive over a hour to Curry Honda in Chicopee over Bedard Brothers Honda in Cheshire Ma, Because of the unprofessional Manor I was approached with on the day I was supposed to submit my key over for inspection of the bad VTC actuator that was covered under a warranty..The appointment was made a week in advance..I knew what was wrong with it..But the tech needed to confirm it prior to making a repair appointment..When I arrived to drop off the key I was told I was going to be responsible for a diagnostic check of $143.00.. I knew the part couldn't be tested any other way but through a cold start which lasts at the most 3 seconds.. because the service advisor didn't inform me of this prior to me bringing the car in I did not trust their ability and competence to complete or do anything to my car.. They begged and pleaded with me to stay and leave the keys.. it was very unfair and unprofessional of them to wait for the day I drop off my car to tell me I was responsible for a fee for a diagnostic check something and I was only going to take 3 seconds.... That's when I contacted Curry Honda the appointment was made for me to bring it down Saturday morning and I was prepared to make that drive come in have it evaluated and then drive directly home.. to my surprise the part was confirmed bad which only took 3 seconds and to my surprise the friendly courteous and professional team at Curry Honda kindly brought my car in to do the two airbag recalls and fix the VTC actuator.. this isn't my first experience with Curry Honda I hadn't told to Honda Accord that had something done with the master cylinder for the clutch.. that is also a very good experience.. with any other major needs that have to be done to my 09 Accord will definitely be coming to Curry Honda for future service needed... And to top that I really like looking at that Accord out there on the showroom floor with a turbocharged engine with the intercooler and 10 speed paddle shifting transmission..lol I give Curry Honda a 10+ for the friendly kind and courteous treatment..
