Recall Experience I received a letter from Honda of a recall for the passenger airbag. I called the day I received the letter, on a Monday and was given an appointmen I received a letter from Honda of a recall for the passenger airbag. I called the day I received the letter, on a Monday and was given an appointment for 1:30PM the following Monday. I received 3 reminders of the appointment. I arrived on time and was made to wait in line 20 minutes before my car was checked in. Then I was told it would take 2 hours for a job that Honda's letter said should take 45 minutes. At 2:30pm and 2:50pm, I asked the status of my car and got no response which told me work had NOT yet begun. At 3:45pm, I was finally told my car was ready. -There was no reason for me to be at Curry at 1:30pm. I could have arrived at 2:45pm. -Too many cars were booked for the same time period. - More

Awful I droped my car off Sunday night to get diagnosed was told they will call me Monday morning never received a phone call had to call them Monday after I droped my car off Sunday night to get diagnosed was told they will call me Monday morning never received a phone call had to call them Monday afternoon. Confirmed what the problem was told me the part will come in overnight and my car will be done before lunchtime. Again waited and waited for phone call never received a phone call called him around 230 my car wasn’t done yet told me it’ll be done in an hour car was finally done by four Yet again had to call to confirm that my car was ready. Awful customer service won’t do work there again. And my service advisor tony was awful as well. Didn’t even apologize about it taking so long and not calling me to update me on my car. More
