I’ve used Curry Honda for service on my odyssey van for years. Saw a used car that caught my eye and went by to check it out with my wife. Within 2 minutes of being on the lot, a very nice salesman came to years. Saw a used car that caught my eye and went by to check it out with my wife. Within 2 minutes of being on the lot, a very nice salesman came to greet us. Roy Neal introduced himself and was happy to take us over to the service location where the Acura MDX that we were interested in was in the midst of being serviced as it was recently traded in. The car is in immaculate condition for 2013 with 120k miles, clean Carfax. I was very impressed that Roy eyed a handful of things on the car that he wanted to take care of for us like new tires, some minor body issues. Roy pointed things that I would not have seen but he clearly wanted the car to be as perfect as possible. After a great test drive, we went and sat with Roy where he provided all the information we needed to make a no-haggle decision to buy the car. Roy was very professional, courteous and personable. He is the kinda guy that i would definitely buy from again. The finance manager was also helpful and efficient. The day I was supposed to pick up the car, Roy called to say that he saw a small chip on the windshield and ordered a new windshield and also repaired a bent wheel. At this point, the car had been fully paid for but Roy made sure it was as perfect as possible. Thanks Curry. See you when I buy my next car. More
Curry Honda is A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Please read this entire review for context. Long story short - one day my car wouldn't start, so I got jumped off and then took my Civic straight to Please read this entire review for context. Long story short - one day my car wouldn't start, so I got jumped off and then took my Civic straight to Curry Honda. The service department said I needed "a new starter, brake flush, transmission flush, lug nuts, water pump, drive belt kit, valve adjustment and spark plugs" which was quoted at $3500 before taxes. I'm sure some of that was true and "could have been done" but wasn't essential for fixing the issue of my car starting. Come to find out, none of those recommended services would have actually fixed my car. I decided to get a second opinion from a nearby auto shop. After they diagnosed my car, the mechanic used his tester and showed me that it was only my battery and alternator going bad. I knew I could replace those parts myself and so I did. My car has now been running perfectly for a long time and all that at the cost of around $400 for parts, $160 for a diagnostic fee and half a day of work on my end. Curry Honda wanted me to spend over $3500 in so called repairs to only have my car break down again and then come back to spend and additional $1500 to actually fix the problem. They try to take advantage of people who don't know enough about cars. Don't trust them. Always get a second opinion and there are nearby mechanics that you can actually trust. More
