Hello, We're very sorry to hear that your most recent visit was not a satisfactory one. We try to do our best to inform every customer of anything we find during our multi-point inspections. These items can range from recommended services such as informing a customer their air filter is dirty, brakes are low or that their tires are wearing unevenly. The system's computers do not detect all of these things so it's our duty to inform the customers so that they don't drive off not knowing of any potential dangers with their vehicle. It is never our process to over sell work or recommend anything that's not needed or recommended by Honda's service intervals. And as always, our recommendations are just that, recommendations. The customer always has the final say in what they want done to their vehicle. Again, we apologize if this wasn't clearly explained and hope one day we can earn your trust and business in the future.
