Keep in mind that they use Enterprise, which closes at noon on Saturday and is closed on Sunday. Ask if customers can provide their own parts. If not, ask whether the part is in stock or needs to be ordered. If it needs to be ordered, ask if the delivery will take two days or a week. Ask for an experienced service advisor. Ask for a back-up service advisor who will also know about your repair. Ask for the cost of the part and the estimate for labor. Ask what the charge for “shop supplies” is. Ask them what a reasonable time frame is for responses to text messages and voicemail messages. Ask if a supervisor monitors the use of masks by employees.
