Jennie was AMAZING! She was super thorough and very organized! She knew everything about the vehicle and walked us through any questions we had. She stayed late WAY past closing hours 2 days in a row organized! She knew everything about the vehicle and walked us through any questions we had. She stayed late WAY past closing hours 2 days in a row to help our family get the van we have always wanted! She got us the most we could for our trade in and got us a great deal on the car! Our family is super COVID conscious since we have little ones and she was very helpful in maintaining safety throughout the whole process. This is something we really appreciated. I had a positive experience buying a used Mazda3 in June 2021. The car was advertised widely online, and the price was fixed. The salesman, Roy Neal, answered my first phone call to the dealership and follo 2021. The car was advertised widely online, and the price was fixed. The salesman, Roy Neal, answered my first phone call to the dealership and followed me and assisted me patiently through the entire sale over several days. He was a gentleman throughout and did not use high pressure tactics but was available to answer questions and help while I went over the car and came to a decision. I appreciate him and his kindness and highly recommend him. Properly repairing a minor safety issue resulted in an unexpected delay of several days after starting the sale. Roy arranged for the dealership to provide me with a rental during the delay and saved me from a large rental bill or Uber charges. When I had a concern finalizing financial details, it was handled properly and politely. Overall, I’m very pleased with the sale. More
