My dealer, Ms. Jennie Huang, the sales consultant, and the manager, Mr. Bruce Smith were absolutely awesome and perfect! First, Jennie was absolutely perfect! At that time, Jennie understand my situations well and tried her best to help me for the purchase of a car. After listening my circumstances carefully, she describes the features of the car, and let me understand well the difference between the type and year of the cars. Also, she gave me a clear direction and recommendation for decision making. It was really helpful. The manager, Mr. Bruce Smith, was definitely awesome! He was very friendly and gave me a great impression when I visited there. He also helped me a lot to make final decision to purchase the vehicles. He professionally gave me a clear explanation why the vehicles in Honda is great and why it's good to choose the Honda! Moreover, he gave me some calls before the appointment and took care of everything very well without giving me any pressure. It was so nice and friendly to me as a consumer. As a manger, he sincerely had genuine respect for me and my time that he was worried about my effort and time to get to the shop because I didn't have a car at that time. I was really moved! He really understood about my circumstances as an international student. Of course, they cared about the details including the deal itself, the service, and even the post service!
