Jennie Huang was very engaging, informed, and made us feel comfortable. We made the mistake of going into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon when it was extremely crowded, and the car we were interes feel comfortable. Jennie was able to make the long wait more bearable. She was an excellent conversationalist and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the Honda we purchased as well as many other topics. If I had to hang out with a total stranger for 4 or 5 hours again, I would certainly choose Jennie! She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. More
