Great hassle free experience! Mr. Roy was very patient and diligent. He kept us current on every step through the process, and after vehicle delivery took time to show us how to use some of the new techno and diligent. Rick was courteous and efficient. Took care of my needs without a hitch. I needed some recalls and work taken care of that I wasn't aware of, and they got me into a rental for the day easily.
