Great Service Still Exists In America After three weeks disappointing promises and excuses from Carvana, I picked up the phone and called Curry Honda. Roy Neal answered on the second ring. After three weeks disappointing promises and excuses from Carvana, I picked up the phone and called Curry Honda. Roy Neal answered on the second ring. I explained my frustrations with Carvana and he made me an appointment in an hour and a half. Upon arriving on the property I was greeted by a gentlemen on a golf cart and whisked off the Mr Neal's office. I explained what I wanted in a Honda CR-V to Mr Neal. Within minutes Roy Neal and the team had the car brought forward and the reconciliation of a Newer Model (2020), More Warranty and a Lower Price and a Lower Finance Rate. The Business Manager, Sanober Nichols had me signed and in my car in a few minutes. This team had rhythm and I got a great deal and a new car after weeks of frustration with Carvana. I have a great level of comfort with my purchase like I have not had with any automobile dealership in years. . Kudos to Adam Zuckerman's' team at Curry Honda.
