He took the time to go through all of the "bells and whistles" on the car, and due to my lack-of-computer knowledge, this took some time, but he was patient and kind. I called back and asked for the stripes to be removed, and he told me to come right back and he got it done within minutes (it came with the particular color/make of the car I bought, but he had it removed). He has followed up and demonstrates true customer service. Stacey was terrific! More
